Your data belongs to you, and you can export or delete it at any time.

Yes — unlimited family accounts on the Family plan. Each member receives their own alerts and can send their own photos and messages, spreading the load among siblings rather than leaving it all to one carer. You can also invite the GP, a nurse, or a home carer in a 'professional carer' role, with limited permissions. Everyone sees only what concerns them — and your loved one sees just one thing: their family, present on their clock.

You can cancel at any time from the app — the subscription ends at the close of the current period, with no fees or explanation required. If you purchased the tablet, you keep it: it is yours. Your data is not automatically deleted — you can keep it, export it, or request its deletion at any time, and we will delete it within 7 days. No minimum commitment, no unwanted automatic renewal.
